    Low fps help

Hi there, I know this has been asked by alot of people, but how do I increase my fps? Yes I've looked through the threads and have tried gamebooster, setting the priority to high, using cccleaner and all those other things. Ingame I only have around 40fps, even when using all the above mentioned methods and lowering the graphics settings, so I think it should be a bit higher. My computer specs shouldn't be that bad, Windows 7 64 bit intel core i-3 processor and around 2.3 ghz. I do have very crappy intel hd graphics card though, but I can run other more graphic demanding games without too much problems. My internet speed is around 50mps, so thats pretty good. If I use hacks, my fps drops to around 10-20 fps.

Don't know what to tell you bro

Try editing some of the .ini files? (Tweak other settings)

Edit: Close all other programs? Run task manager as administrator, then set as Realtime instead? (I do this for APB: Reloaded. Might screw up sound for other programs, not that you should have anything else up)

ive tried above normal, high, and realtime priorities, did't really make a difference whatsoever. I'm not sure what u mean by editing ini files though :\

    use fraps lol
i used fraps to get info on my fps, but fraps didn't really seem to affect my fps whatsoever. my game sort of ran like the same way with or without fraps.
