Internet/Downloading Issues

I need someone that can support me with some fixes for some current issues with my PC. If you know any fixes, please don't hesitate to post them anything would be great at this time.

~ When I go to download anything such as music, games, torrents, my PC tells me that it has failed and that I need to connect to the internet. I have tried everything from, repairing my pc, to buying a new motherboard and nothing seems to change it.

~ When I go into PS or Watch a Movie from Netflix on my PC, it seems after I am done or when I go to run a program, I right click to run as admin and nothing appears. This happens from time to time but never really sticks.

Any Suggestions?

I'm not really an expert at internet service, but i'm sure your thinking way to much about that it's the fault of your pc. I can tell you that It's 100% sure that it's not your pc's fault.

Try resetting your router/modem. (Make sure you know the login of your ISP)
You can first try to just restart the router.
