Hey dudes, I'm not here asking or crying saying, OMG I got error, help! I actually read the instructions, and it installed like it was made to.

BUT, one thing I couldn't find to read, was how to turn them on! I know when I'm in game, I hit delete, and all the hax say, "Disabled". Well, how do I "Enable" them. I'll also give thanks to anyone who helps me.

Bah, I die more with these hax then I did without them.

When I turn on Wall Hax and cham, I get so confused with whos who. Even the E have some green on it.

Well, yeah, that's the point.
chamming isn't meant to distinguish enemy and ally, cham is used to pinpoint where exactly everyone is. I do a hell of a lot better with wallhack/cham on than with them off.
By the way, if you want to edit the hacks without opening up CA, you can open the settings.ini file and change the bits under [settings].
