I've never understood why people go to the trouble of making "hacks" like these, when you can accomplish the same things (unlimited ammo, god mode) and more by simply binding some keys in your sp_config file in your players folder

Mostly because that it is possible to do stuff thats not possible with binds.
For example no recoil or 1 shot 1 kill.
