the first thing: how you wanna know that it's not made by itself? EVERYONE can make this mod
the second thing: it's two seconds work to change the colour of the picture in GIMP or PS into gold... maybe you shall get textures of other golden things and lay it over this... I don't know exactly how it goes but if I read some little tutorials I would get a much better mod...
