Hmm not quite sure mate, my only assumption is you downloaded/extracted it rong.

Try right clicking and running it as administrator. All else, eaither restart your computer, or download another Perx.

If you are using Windows Vista or 7, run it as admin.

#1 fk perx.....use Njector or faithdev
#2 looks like your anti virus program is blocking it.
