I have seen 3 guys.1 renewed m416 cqb camo one other an mei's mp7 mod and one other the super or black magnum(furthermore one guy at utube has a video with his character that he has perm sopmod)

People need to realise when Mei's Mp7 Mod was released, there was a specific amount of time where renewals would work, if you got a permanent on it, during this time, you would have the first ever pemanent epic...
