When Set To 0 Can Make Sniping More Acurate

Changes Sound Levels

Enables/Disables Friendly Fire

i tried changeing them (yea i noticed them) but nothing happend so i kept it out of the original post

This is so old, sorry to say, but I figured this thing out basically the day after I downloaded the game, I already tried altering the files, but these settings change once you play the game again, they don't do any permanent effects, trust me.

I have yet to see any effect from changing things, so more than likely they do not edit anything. I'll try to ask around and see what I can find, but I'm pretty sure it does nothing.
