apparently when i was a kid i was told if i dont get enough sleep i would have life threatening ilnesses down the track, /no troll.. but then when i got older the time limit broke... 9 > 10:30 > 11:30 > 12 etc as i got older..so in good time you can stay up as late as you want..probably because were still growing.
