I made an appeal saying that I forgot my email password, last name and birthday. Does this sound convincing enough?

"hi, my account got stolen a few days ago and i lost a lot of my gp and my items, i would like to request a email and password change please but it keeps telling me i have to activate my account but i forgot my email password since i made it 3 years ago. i forgot my last name and birthday info because i used my friends last name and birthday, but he moved to another city and i forgot it. please nexon i am not lying and when i get my email and password changed i will be able to buy more nx securely without losing it to the person that stole my account."

The reason why I didn't use proper spelling is because the guy who previously owned the account typed like that in his previous account appeals.
