    Lag after 30 mins

    As the title says, after i play two games or so, I get intense sound distortion and video lag. It takes like ten minutes just to get my mouse to click on something, and once I get into the game, my screen gets major video and sound lag. Is there some way for me to play more than 30 minutes?
