That looks like a Type 30 bayonet. A quick google tells me that you probably can't get more than $250 out of it at most. Probably closer to $150.
EDIT: Definitely a bayonet. These things were probably handed out like bullets during the war, so they can't be uncommon. Its a nice keepsake, but selling it wont get you anything.
