Why pub accs?

Why posting public accounts? Whats the mean to play with an acc that 5+ people play on? You dont even have a chance to play on it if its good like first lieutenant and have good guns etc.

If u gonna post free acc, post with SQ/EMAIL so people can get a CHANCE to play on it -.-
