I allways wanted to record my montages cause sometimes i get awesome frags, problem:
while playing arround 150 fps
while running fraps
60 fps
Any thing i can modify? To make minimum 80*90 fps while recording

You can`t, fraps is eating your resources and that`s normal.

That he eats (and his hungry) resources i know, i was asking any setting :P
Or any other way / program to record without lags

I am not an expert, maybe it would be better to wait someone else with suggestion.

It's normal.
But try asking @Moto for the best settings

You can try change your settings to record with low FPS, or get a better computer.

adjust them for your computers specs.. try half size, lower fps..
