2 day is minimum. You shouldn't spam mentions, you did and Arun decided to ban you for 7 days. I think 7 days is too brash, but you have to talk to arunforce about reducing that.

If X warned you, but Y banned you, Y wouldn't care what X said. They decided to give you a 7 day ban.

Moderators/Admins are not limited to the ban duration given in warnings/infractions by other moderators/Admins.

And if X warned you and banned you, there is no rule that says he has to stick to what he said previously, X could extend or lessen the duration at X's will.
