Mainly; you have to contribute to MPGH.
Become a minion in a certain section by coding and releasing your own hacks for that game. That's a part of contributing. And if you're believed to be able to do a good job, you might just get promoted.
But as I said, the start of any staff position here is contributing.
Forfeit the game, before somebody
else takes you outta the frame.
And puts your name to shame
Cover up your face, you can't
run the race the pace is too fast
You just won't last.
