Now on to the gun itself, You should add some transparency around the MPGH banner (Or just remove it all together) and most of the blood looks pretty bad, except for the middle of the scope.It looks alright there, but the front of the scope and the focus dial, I think you should leave those. The blood you have on the barrel is alright too. It just looks really bad on the body of the gun. Did you use a grunge brush?

Assuming you're using part photoshop CS:
Dupe the layer for the L9's body (Green part)
Make MPGH letters only
Ctrl click the MPGH
Add a layer mask to the duped layer
Bevel and emboss.
