I think he means that he is trying to login his CF NA account on CF EU, the problem is that the site isn't official yet you will have to wait untill the realease date untill you can login to CF EU with your NA account.

Ahh, now i have the solution, they have made IP restrictions now, look at this post, all countrys in red cant play CF anymore. you will have to wait for EU.
