New Public Hacks?

So with the new patch on Combat Arms, will anyone make any new hacks? I know this is kind of a rush, but it seems so awkward without chams and wall hacks. I'm not rushing anyone, but I just want to know if it's still possible to somehow hack the files and make hacks for the game. (I'm not a programmer of any sorts ) I'm sure other people want to hack too. :P
