My Broken PC
1) Does anybody know what is that white stuff on the CPU? because I think my PC wont start cuz of dat .
2) My PC wont start , just running louder and no display. Tell me solutions guys!!! I think it is from the CPU

dude the white stuff on your cpu is thermal compound... if oyu can see that it means you dont have a cpu cooler....

It's called thermal compound. You fix it by deleting system32, it will make the noise go away and make your computer run faster.
If that doesn't work, just remove your CPU and hard drive, then rub a magnet over them.
