Tech Support
Three fourths of all support tickets could be solved, by the end user, in about five minutes. If only users knew about Google. Oh yeah, then I wouldn't have a job.

I make $9.00 an hour since I'm just a 16 year old kid. Over the summer I worked full time, but school is starting soon. The support is all over the place. We manage small business tech stuff; host their email, automated backups, active directory, VPN, firewalls, etc.
