Hello, for my second post on these forums I thought I'd contribute a program i've used for the last few years. I typed "fish bot" in the search and it didn't reveal any posts so I hope this is not a repost/wasted space.

This is a quoted post from another forum where PiroX himself posted the hack. PiroX is the author of PiroX Bots, the pvp,pve,gathering,mining and archaeology tool. All credit goes to him I am just sharing it with this community.

Edit : If a mod approves of me posting the PiroX downloads page (disabled in the quoted portion below) I will edit the text to enable the url so users can always receive the latest versions. Also attached the file if you want to download it directly from this page(will not always be the latest version if you download the attachment, but as of 8/26/2011 it is.)

We decided to update our free old Fishbot for World of Warcraft and here it is. The Free PiroxFishbot v3 is a MemoryReading/Writing based Bot for WoW patch 4.2. You can also get the fishing achievements in Dalaran!

Installation

Download Bot (.exe SelfExtract) and extract the file
Rename the exe file to anyname.exe
Run World of Warcraft and login to your character
Run Bot
Put 'cast fishing' on a actionslot and bind it to a key in WoW Keybindings and in Bot under Keys - Cast Fishing
Bind a key to 'interact with target' in WoW Keybindings and in Bot under Keys - Interact
Equip fishing rod
Go to a fishing spot and turn to water
Click on button RUN (green button with arrow)



Enjoy it...

Result: 2/41 - They are false positive detections. PiroxBots Bots/Files are always clean!


FAQ


Q: Why does my bot not loot?
A: Key 'Interact with Target' has to be set correct in Bot and WoW -> Keybindings - > 'Interact with Target'. Enable 'Auto Loot' in WoW Interface Options -> Controls.


Q: How to fish in Wintergasp without getting ported?
A: Bind this macro to key 'Cast Fishing'

My mistake, I wasn't sure if those would be considered as "outside links" or not.


The rar's only file is a .exe, but I will re-scan them right now.
