and use in GSC file

I dont really get it what u mean but u cant use .iwi files for modding.

the download idea is epic there is also a dvar that allows downloading ... but i dont know how to downlaod that things

It isn't possible, these dvars are just leftovers which aren't used.
NTA made some downloading support, but it isn't released yet.
Might come out in IW4M2.
