Not too bad if you kinda look at it for 1 second and from far away
but then you see the details like its Low quality lighting is wrong and c4ds dont look like they go together very well but rather are just spammed

I mean its kinda blurry and there's a bunch of sharp edges around the effects that makes it LQ not the size and the colors go together but the c4ds themselves arent blended you didnt really erase the c4ds i can tell each c4d apart from the next one

Too crowded, lacks depth, over saturated... where is the light source coming from that illuminates his face? Remember the basics first before trying to over complicate things.
