He's trolling. It's impossible to make a private server through the KMS server's files because they have massive protection. @Greed☠☣ Though I don't know shit about private servers, making the Legend jobs for them would be incredibly hard and from what I've seen; the demon slayers on the private servers look like failures -_- From what I can find you tried it on Eloquent MS. It's an obvious fake because Demon Slayers use 1 handed axes and blunt weapons but in the video that guy is using a polearm and his job is "aran" while he's using Demon Slayer skills.

That private server wasn't made using the KMS server files so it's a fake lol. Although those servers may give you the experience of Legend jobs; Maplestory private servers ruin the game. I would rather wait like 10 months for the real deal on GMS instead of trying out that knockoff :P I mean that's just my opinion anyone can feel free to go on that server and try it. But I don't have to wait because I'm a boss playing KMS.
