How to host a server(only 2 steps ;))
Step 1 If you are behind a firewall or router, you have to forward port 32887 (UDP) to your computer.(if you don't know how to port forward post that in a reply and i will make a tutorial)
Step 2 The server.exe is included in the game download, start the server.exe When asked for the maximum numbers of players, choose wisely. The slower your internet connection, the less players should be on your server.. Start with 16 and when there is no lag even when the server is full, you can increase it if you like.
