Crossfire says not responding then 5-10 mins later it comes on to login and i login and then it goes off..

Is there anyway that i can make crossfire come on instantly and not go off?

Well usually when you open it up, it always loads slowly, or for you, at least.
Try to close any background programs, use CCleaner, defrag disk, etc.
You can get gamebooster from my signature that cleans stuff in the background up.

Use CCleaner + SmartClose and see if it stop to happen with you. Try checking if don't have any corrupted files in your CrossFire installation.

Thankyou guys Just going to download gamebooster now and see what happens

It loads up alot quicker, i am using the hydra hack so i have to run bypass as admin to play crossfire, it goes to login .. i login.. i join a game it half loads then crossfire goes off..

anyone know what to do?

Join a server first.
Wait a few seconds; like 20.
Get out, join another server.
Start playing.

Also, set the compatibility...
Common solution but never really mentioned.
Right click on the Hydra hack in your crossfire folder, go to properties, then go to the compatibility tab, then check mark the "Run compatibility for this program for" and select the highest one given possible. For XP I think its windows 2000, for vista and 7 Windows XP.
