Safe to DELETE file?

ok so i was wondering,
HS and NG each have their respective foders under Combat Arms,
I would think that these would send some sort of data to nexon so they could check if you are hacking...?
SWIM would like to prevent them from recieving this data,
What files would be sent that would contain this data?
is it just the .log files and Uploader.exe swim needs to quarantine with SWIM's antivirus?
If so which ones

SWIM states that under his C:\Nexon\Combat_Arms folder there are the following folders containing the following log files

-BlackCipher
--BlackXchg.log
--BlackCall.log
--BlackCipher.log
--NexonGuard.log

-HShield
--aspinet.log
--hshield.log
--HSUpChk.log
--supdate.log
---UPDATE
-----supdate.log

Would it be safe for SWIM to quarentine all of these? if not wich ones can/can't SWIM delete?
AND are there any other files SWIM should take note of that would log a hacker?

If you want to explore deleting and such, backup the file, the original, before doing anything so you can always go back without the need to reinstall Combat Arms.

i always delete uploader.exe when you press prntscrn they send the pic via uploader.exe to nexon then you get ip banned if pic has mods or hacks.
