Why won't combat arms work?

When i try to run combat arms and it gets to the shield thingyy protection. and i get this message.

"Failed to update protection modules! - Errorcode [0x30000030]"

Help???

Have you Deleted Anything from your Combat Arms Folder?
Also Try re-installing

Fix your Registry?
I don't Know at this point, Most of the Time Re-Installing Fixes this...

The Client Updater/Patcher is On the Combat Arms Site ...

If your Game Still doesn't Work, Try using System restore and go to the Last time Combat Arms worked for you .

Did You Try using System Restore ?

@HomeScillet uhm no. but before it was working didnt patch it or nutin. then i got infected by this windows vista 2012 secirty virus and removed it. now its not working even when i do redownload it. and im not sure how to use system restore. scared to fuck it up.
