I think its either because your anti virus is blocking it or because you need to update to .net framework version 4.
This might not be the case, because I resently learned that the trainer doesn't work as well on 64 bit systems as it is supposed to. I am not going to fix the issues, so I am afraid you will have to live without this trainer.

I think you need to update your .net framework. If that doesn't work then please tell me if you are using an x32 or x64 os.

When i open the trainer nothing happens :/ i have started the game first and i have tried to extract it but is there anything else i must do? should i start a match first?

I think so since it says all game versions, I might be wrong, but just in case try it out yourself

I do not know what 4d1 is, but if it is a version of the game and the executable is called iw4sp.exe, then it should work like on any other version.

Hey dood neither 1.2 or 1.7 of your trainers work for me, I even tried putting the trainer in the same directory as my Mw2, i have the legit copy of mw2 from steam and it's up to date, the trainer detects mw2 but no changes are made after i tick the options,
Ive tried doing it in the order you said, and other variations however it still dosnt work
