Combat Arms on Plasma TV

When its on my monitor it looks fine but on my tv its letterboxed bad

I tried changing resolutions but nothing helped.

Any ideas how to fix this?

The highest resolutions that are supported by graphics card right now is 2560x1600 per monitor.
HDMI is different though.
