Maybe if you have buyd like 20 account. Maybe they IP ban you. But who knows what they might do....

But, I know lib messes with the steam installation, or at least thats what I heard. I think its unlikely that he will get banned on another account, but I know people have had every game on their account banned for using lib, Source engine or not.
