    If I repair this PC i'll get a new laptop !!!!!!

    So That PC is :
    pentuim 4 CPU
    Dell (ones that are flat and you put the monitor on top of them)
    IDK about the other things

    It makes huge noise and doesnt start up
    it is not related to the Monitor
    I think it is related to the motherboard or CPU or CPU cooler.
    Somebody help I need to get this PC fixed so I can donate to mpgh finally (that is wat my mom said)

    Only way to fix that is to buy a whole new motherboard, but since this shit is a shity ass flat dell, i would say not even to waste your money on it and get a new computer..
    Donate the one you have to a school or something and they can fix it haha
