HOW CAN SOMEONE BE ZIS STUPID?

So, this guy asks me for help, the problem was his Graphics card was not working.
(he bought a new one)
So i ask him if he plugged it in properly, installed the driver..
He says he cant install the driver because it cant find the card...
So i tell him if he plugged the power cable into the card.
He didnt.. he didnt even know which cable it was.
So i ask him to show me the power source, a picture or something.
But he didnt have a camera so he showed me with his webcam.
He kept showing me the back of the power source(back of the case) .. saying theres no cable coming out from it.. at that moment i told him its broken and left him alone.

Tell him to restart his computer, and when the startup screen that says windows and has a loading box under it, tell him to click F2, then go to the graphics section and do it from there.

dude, he didnt plug the card properly and he has no idea how to do it either. he just stuck it in something that fit. /fp
