I don't know if you would consider this addicted, but I'm going to say a game for example.

If i like the game, i will dedicate my whole holiday into achieving whatever i want to achieve on the game, i will go with as little as 4 hrs a sleep a day and wont eat, but when the holiday is over, i can let go of it and forget about it as fast as i got addicted to it.

My worst habit right now is smoking, swearing, dressing my bed no matter what situation im in (late for school, flooding etc.) An addiction isn't good, having or wanting too much of something is bad, i believe it should all be balanced.

Sex on the other hand. . . to me it's just a bonus in a relationship. I don't necessarily need it to make a relationship stronger. If that was the case it wouldn't be a proper relationshi , just some pussy whipped shit.
