Download this, and install it. If it still doesn't work download that dll and place it into your system32 and combat arms folder.

I got this same problem, I fixed 2 errors before this error so this would be my 3rd, I've already installed all updates for everything possible that you would tell me to do. Running x64/Win7/Pentium 2.80Ghz/4GbRam

try deleting the msvcr100.dll from your ca folder and system32
this worked for me when I tested one of zanes hacks and got this message

I've Tried all of this still comes up with the same error.

Delete it
and put the file again
