Upper body strength? Literally nothing in that sport requires upper body strength. Legs is probably the only thing.

Yep, you're small, you quit becuause it wasn't fun? I've been playing football for 2 years, and it's seriously my favorite sport ever. I play baseball and soccer too. I find football more entertaining, more exercize, more fun to hurt people.
