Not totally noob, but confused.

Okay, so I've found many undetected so-called "working" hacks on many different sites.
So, I download the hack, do as the directions say, and then start the injector.
I start War Rock and every time, I mean every time, it says "could not inject .dll".
I know that I have the .dll file, I know that the hack is not patched yet, I make sure that the .dll file and the injector are in the same folder, and I run as administrator. (I use a Vista, so.)
Now, my question is, does this error keep ocurring because of some kind of War Rock configuration or some kind of configuration on my Vista?
I just want to get these hacks working :\
What am I doing wrong?
