General
Well it realy depends on the hack some come with there own loader than inject the hack for you. And some are just the .dll file and you have to inject it you can find injecters every where i would suggest finding ---> Portal <--- portal is one of the best injecter out there because it starts combat arms up for you. What i am trying to say is it deppends on the hack realy.

You put the hack Dll in the injector and you can use it /yea

Here a very easy/simple hack to use

It allows a simple cham (ability to see through walls) to be used as you play combat arms-im using it right now
