Or..if ur vista run as admin and work it.. and if it still dosent work then iono about vista but other computers just download the hack and put the dll. inside ur combat arms folder and then click chams and if ur in-game click insert button then change and maybe speed hack will dc u..lol

Here is what i did.
Put d3d in combat arms
make folder for .exe and simple.dll
run hack
start combat arms
D.C
