Set it, up, find a unpopulated world, and go to bed.

Wake up, bot ran for an hour, and shut itself down because of the fucking retarded ass "new visual options are available, keep them or leave them alone" thing before it allows you to try and log in.

How the fuck do I disable that damn thing from popping up when I log into runescape?

When you run Runescape when it asks you click auto-setup and then when it asks if you want to keep it or not click no and it shouldn't come up anymore.
