He's mine.
My knees tremble, my heart pounds,
My lungs work at a faster pace, My arms bound.
I look into his eyes, I see the man he truly is,
No need to hide, no need to lie, just bliss.
He draws nearer, My mouth dries up,
He is mine, forever and I won't give him up.
He holds me tight, his embrace as warm as a cozy fireplace,
His eyes never leaving mine, and so our hearts give chase.
Every sensation, is a magical fascination,
Love at its purest state, his hand softly caresses my face,
He is my savior, there's no bad memory he can't erase.
I cannot imagine this world without him, it would be a half life
He is simply the only cure to my every strife
For he is my husband, and I his wife.

Reading this was kinda weird to be honest. It's straying away from your style, which in a sense is actually a good thing I suppose. Not often do you write so bluntly, and especially not with AABB rhyming schemes. Also, it was hopeful... and warm. That's definitely a change of pace
