Like your year groups you guys got shit like 8th grade and 10th grade and freshemn or w/e
we got years year 1 = first year of school year = 15-16 year olds etc
How does your system work?

Pre-School -> Kindergarten (started at age 5) -> Grades 1 - 12 (12 years of schooling) -> College

Grade 9 = Freshman
Grade 10 = Sophomore
Grade 11 = Junior
Grade 12 = Senior
