It has 1.25GB DDR2 1333MHz RAM, 80GB HDD, AMD Sephron 1.6Ghz Processor and a shitty Nvidia 256MB GFX card.

I tested all Games, And I can run at max settings.

This site isn't always accurate. told me i was bare minimum for MW3 and Skyrim. But I run both games at max settings no problem. Still gives a good general idea though.

That's true, but you have to check what it's saying about how you are running it. Sometimes itll give you the no because most games aren't supported by a old/new OS.
I.e. it said i couldnt run unreal tornament because im on windows 7
