Well, I see you removed your thread.
But yeah, Ian is right it is like minion. Minion has moderation tools, like closing a thread, deleting posts, moving threads, etc etc. Moderators have it too, but they have banning power everywhere and only their moderation power in one section. GM's have banning power AND moderation power everywhere on the FORUM.
