get rid of the seyeko in white, and scrap the black little text, or make it like 1 or 2 lines
border isnt good, only use cinematic borders when adding to the atmosphere, and then make them thicker and a dark dark grey, not black
other than that the bright spot on the bottom right is creating a second focal

the other border was better, 1px black borders ruin it
and don't make the brightspot in the first place, think about that when your spamming effects
