Lol, it's not that hard bro. Just use SQL Poison to import a list of vulnerable sites, and it'll scan through them all and catch errors like "Error in your SQL Syntax", and if it has any error, it'll add it to a list. It basically finds the REAL vulnerable sites in vulnerable site lists lol
