I guess I'm late this update.

This is a makeshift public hack.
IT AINT THE FINISHED VERSION.
It is very laggy

Features:

NX Chams: Lets you see enemies through walls
No Spread & No Recoil: Allows you to shoot your gun without it moving. Your bullets also fly straight where the crosshair is shooting. (Works with Shotgun and Sniper Sway + Spread)
xHair & oHair: Shows a crosshair or a circlehair
No fog: Disables fog. (useful for Snow Valley)
Fly: Allows you to fly (press space)
Activation: Allows you to pickup weapons, activate doors from far away. and pickup SuperSoldier boxes.
Radar: Shows you the positions of the enemies and team on a Radar.

Google has provided me with enough information that right now, there is no possible way to add something to the exception list as there is no exception list.
Ive already turned off a major scanner which pretty much counts as disabling it. Still doesnt work.

Hmmm, do you have a firewall by any chance, or parental settings set up that might cause this to happen?

Hmm, i have firewall enabled, and no parental controls.
Let me try and disable my firewall.

EDIT : Nope, even with firewall disabled it doesnt work.
I had the same settings yesterday and i was able to download it. I wonder why it wont let me download it now.

Can anyone provide a external download?

That means that CA has detected the hack, they haven't patched it, but their system is detecting one of the hacks that you are using.

The only advice I can give you is to:
-Go back in-game try out all the hacks and see which one crashes you
-Use Elite Encrypt: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/164-combat...pt-v1-0-a.html
-Wait till he updates the hack
