Well, I got exams on the way so going to release it now and i can get revising ^_^,
Only started to make this few days ago, may update it later.

Hotkeys:
[F1] To open / close the console.
[Numpad 1] To scroll the hax menu.
[Numpad 2] To toggle on/off the current function which you have chosen in scroll menu ( numpad 1).
[Numpad 3] Toggle on/off No Clip. Didnt add this in the scroll menu because it would be annoying going back and forth to activate it as i use it alot.
[Numpad 4] Toggle through the best/most interesting guns. Specific guns which only are on specific maps are limited, only did five and kino as i didnt have other maps, so couldnt test.

The Functions in the scroll menu are:
God Mode
No Recoil
Infinite Ammo ( works for all players in lobby )
One Shot Kill
No Spread
No Gravity
Super Knife
Slow Motion
Third Person

By default these are activated:
1337 Stats ( cash, kills, headshots )
Sv_cheats enabled, useful when playing with friends they can just bind godmode or no clip or whatever and will work for them.
Triple Tap : When you buy double tap you will have super fast fire rate.
Instant Reload: When you buy speed cola you'll have instant reload.
Fall damage is disabled.
Burst fire cooldown is disabled so you can kinda fire m16 or other burst fire guns like automatic.
Read / Write / Cheat protection is removed from dvars.

Inject the dll with any dll injector AT MAIN MENU.
You must be host because most of the features require you to be host.
