Plugin Section

This section (if you don't already know what it is) if it is approved by Dave/Arun/Liz would be for Bukkit plugin's. Plugin's are the thing's that add *spice* to a server, such as MobArena/Worldedit, etc. And protect it, like Logblock or Big brother. I suggest putting in the Server Part. Like a sub section. Do any of you approve? @Woods
